ATHS Fujairah Learning Resource Center caters to the members of the community - students, faculty, staff and alumni. The LRC is committed to providing services such as Information Literacy classes, Research, Reading Programs and extra-curricular activities such as Chess Club, Book Club and Fazaa.

Our collection is continuously updated to provide users with the latest resources in print and electronic forms. We listen to your needs and we make sure that your requests are accommodated the best way we can.

The LRC is also a haven for users who are into recreational games. We believe in school-life balance, hence we provide board games in the common areas, while those who opt to read and study are in quiet study rooms. We firmly apply the concept of sharing and respecting spaces to be fair to all users.

Learning Resource Center Role
To provide students with access to resources and up-to-date information in both print and electronic format. The LRCs are student-centered, dynamic learning hubs, which provide the means to transform the students’ learning experience from a conventional one into an interactive, autonomous, one-to-one learning experience.
Information Literacy
The LRC provides orientation sessions and facilitate information literacy classes both in the LRC and in the classroom taking this opportunity to introduce students to the latest resources, which support the learning and teaching objectives of the curriculum. IL sessions provide students with opportunities to develop their critical thinking skills, conduct research, and respect.
